01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at theblossomcoorg.com, making a reservation, or staying at The Blossom Coorg Resort, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

02 Bookings & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by The Blossom Coorg Resort. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

• You must provide accurate personal details and valid government-issued ID proof at the time of check-in.
• Bookings are non-transferable without our prior written consent.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion, with a full refund.

03 Tariff & Payments

Room tariffs and package rates are as communicated at the time of booking. Our tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.

• All rates are per person, per night, unless otherwise specified.
• Payment must be made as per the terms communicated during booking.
• Any additional services (extra starters, special requests) will be charged separately.
• Applicable taxes, if any, will be added to your bill.

04 Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: 12:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please inform us in advance if you require either.

05 Cancellation Policy

• 10 days or more before check-in: No cancellation, amendment, or postponement charges.
• Within 10 days of check-in: 100% charges apply.

06 Child Policy

• Below 6 years: Complimentary
• 6–11 years: 50% of the applicable tariff
• 12 years and above: Charged as adults

Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Parents are responsible for the safety and behaviour of their children on the property.

07 Guest Conduct

We want every guest to have a peaceful, enjoyable stay. To ensure this, we ask that all guests:

• Respect the property, its staff, and other guests.
• Maintain reasonable noise levels, especially after 10:00 PM.
• Not damage or remove any property items. Any damages will be charged.
• Refrain from any unlawful activity on the premises.
• Not bring outside food or beverages into the dining area without permission.

We reserve the right to evict any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, without refund.

08 Amenities & Activities

The Blossom Coorg Resort offers a range of amenities and activities including a swimming pool, indoor and outdoor games, estate walks, and bonfire evenings.

• Pool usage is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Guided treks and estate walks are subject to weather and availability.
• Please follow all safety instructions provided by our team.
• Some activities may be seasonal or temporarily unavailable.

09 Food & Dining

Our dining package includes evening snacks, dinner, and breakfast. All meals are served at fixed times and are prepared fresh in our kitchen.

• Lunch is not included in the standard package. Our team can help you arrange a meal on request.
• Starters ordered along with drinks will be charged extra.
• The menu may vary based on availability and season.
• Please inform us of any dietary preferences or allergies in advance.

10 Liability

The Blossom Coorg Resort is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where caused by our negligence.

• Guests are advised to keep valuables secure. We do not provide locker facilities for high-value items.
• We are not responsible for any disruption caused by natural events, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Guests are liable for any damage caused to resort property during their stay.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of The Blossom Coorg Resort and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.

13 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
